Working closely with Field Sales, Sales Leadership, Marketing Leadership, and Business Partners, the Partner Marketing Specialist will develop, create, execute, and maintain a lead generation marketing plan supporting sales objectives and marketing goals for the territories of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, aligned with the company's strategy.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTNER MARKETING DACH SPECIALIST:

• Conduct quarterly marketing reviews with distribution partners and key resellers to plan, implement, and report on joint marketing plans.
• Lead and manage a multi-channel communication plan for assigned channel partners regarding programs, events, product information, and updates.
• Execute field-level marketing promotions, events, campaigns, and incentives for channel sales.
• Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Manager and local sales team to identify sales tools and training programs, promoting their utilization through training courses and webinars.
• Customize marketing collateral for product launches and promotions for assigned partners.
• Record all channel marketing activities within the Salesforce CRM system.
• Monitor and measure channel marketing programs to enhance sales productivity via the distributor scorecard.
• Manage sales and event materials to support channel activities and attended events.
• Manage syndication platforms and lead syndication placements in the assigned regions, working with distributors and resellers to maximize content use.
• Coordinate with PR and social media teams and agencies to increase engagement in the DACH region.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE CHANNEL MARKETING DACH SPECIALIST:

• Bilingual in English and German.
• Experience in Partner marketing, Field Marketing, business development, or related fields.
• Understanding of the partner landscape and 2-tier channel operations.
• Experience in developing and executing programs for partner audiences with an ROI-based approach is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM systems; copywriting skills are desirable.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region and support additional EMEA travel for key meetings.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Good knowledge of social media platforms.
• Multilingual skills, with German being essential.
