Job description

This is a role for someone who knows what it takes to run a channel properly and knows that “properly” means planned, compliant, on-brand and on-time, every single time. You’ve managed social channels in a professional or regulated environment, you understand the discipline that comes with financial services, and you’re the kind of person who spots a risk before it becomes one.

That instinct is exactly what ITCH and our clients need.

As Channel Manager, you’ll sit right at the heart of delivery for one of our biggest clients, a major asset management brand, taking day-to-day ownership of up to 14 LinkedIn pages. You’ll plan, publish, monitor, report on and elevate content across all of them, always in line with the agreed strategy, the client’s compliance requirements, and the monthly allocation of hours defined in the Statement of Work. It’s a client-facing role that lives and breathes the detail: nothing goes live without sign-off, nothing slips through the net, and the client always knows they’re in safe hands.

To do that well you’ll need to be brilliantly organised and a genuinely clear communicator, someone who can project manage activity across multiple stakeholders, prioritise ruthlessly within tight time budgets, and act as a trusted point of contact the client comes to rely on. You’ll be the internal brand guardian, the one turning long‑form thinking into scroll‑stopping LinkedIn posts, and the person who can look at a month’s performance and say what to do differently next time.

Alongside the client work, you’ll also spend part of your time closer to home, supporting our Marketing Executive to bring ITCH’s own channels to life, lending your channel expertise to our internal content so we practise what we preach. It’s a nice change of pace and a chance to shape how the agency itself shows up.

You’re joining a team with real creative ambition. If you want somewhere to sharpen your channel craft on serious brands while getting stuck into the wider life of the agency, this is it.

Key Skills
  • Solid experience managing LinkedIn channels, ideally within a professional or regulated environment
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple channels and stakeholders at once
  • Confidence working in a client‑facing role, a clear communicator, clients quickly come to trust
  • Familiarity with social publishing and analytics tools (Sprinklr, SocialPilot or similar)
  • Experience in the setup, management and optimisation of paid LinkedIn campaigns, including sponsored content
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine understanding of brand, tone and compliance requirements
  • A real interest in financial services and the appetite to develop deep sector expertise
  • Confident writing and adapting social copy, turning long‑form content into posts that cut through
  • A collaborative team player, happy to lend your expertise to ITCH’s own marketing alongside the client work
  • Able to embody ITCH values: collaborative, driven, creative, human and follow the ITCH Code
Responsibilities
  • Take day‑to‑day ownership of up to 14 LinkedIn pages, planning and publishing content through Sprinklr or SocialPilot in line with agreed content calendars and monthly hour allocations
  • Make sure every post is accurate, compliant and only goes live once it has client sign‑off and has followed the agreed workflows
  • Keep channels clean, consistent and on‑brand across every page — maintaining hygiene, accuracy and a single, coherent voice
  • Monitor page activity, comments and mentions, flagging risks, opportunities and enquiries as they arise
  • Escalate comments, messages and issues to the right internal or client teams, following all agreed escalation processes and the client’s security and monitoring logs
  • Write and adapt social copy, turning long‑form content into engaging LinkedIn posts that act as the “shop window” for each channel
  • Set up, manage and optimise paid LinkedIn campaigns, including sponsored content and the distribution of approved assets
  • Act as the internal brand guardian, reviewing content before it reaches the client
  • Spot what performs and what doesn’t, and propose optimisations accordingly
Client & project management
  • Be a trusted day‑to‑day client contact, supporting smooth delivery and clear, consistent communication
  • Coordinate and project manage activity across internal teams (strategy, studio, account management) to deliver work efficiently within allocated hours
  • Prioritise work within time budgets, flagging risks, scope pressure or prioritisation issues early and proactively with the Head of Client Partners Studio & workflow collaboration
  • Work closely with our in‑house design studio to turn content around quickly and efficiently
  • Manage content calendars and prioritisation around upcoming events, campaigns and client needs
  • Consolidate feedback and manage revisions within agreed review rounds
Reporting & insight
  • Track page traffic and performance using Sprinklr, SocialPilot and LinkedIn analytics
  • Deliver regular monthly and quarterly performance reports — rich with insight and recommendations, not just numbers
  • Spot trends and emerging opportunities and feed these into ongoing strategy discussions
Supporting ITCH marketing
  • Support our Marketing Executive in bringing ITCH’s own channels to life, helping manage the social schedule and keep posts timely and engaging
  • Collaborate with our creative teams to plan and deliver content for the quarter ahead
  • Help grow ITCH’s presence on LinkedIn and TikTok, and support employee advocacy across staff profiles
  • Lend a hand on internal content moments, from behind‑the‑scenes to case studies, that showcase the work we do
