Position Overview

You will be at the heart of our sales strategy, driving growth through key channel partnerships across On Trade and Foodservice, ensuring this market-leading brand remains highly visible and desirable. This is an opportunity to influence our channel strategies, expand our reach, and engage customers with innovative solutions. You will lead a team of 14, including 4 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities
Driving Growth & Delivering Results
  • Drive volume and profit growth across all On Trade channels.
  • Monitor performance closely and lead strategic adjustments as needed.
  • Inspire your team to grow existing business and secure distribution from competitors.
  • Own and lead the forecasting process, collaborating with teams to stay ahead of demand.
Building Relationships
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate On Trade strategy delivery.
  • Cultivate key partnerships with strategic customers and industry influencers proactively.
  • Foster collaboration across internal teams: On Trade Management, Commercial Finance, Brand, Culture Marketing, and international counterparts.
Strategic Business Planning
  • Shape and deliver the annual business plan with leadership input.
  • Identify market opportunities and challenges using insights, data, and trends.
  • Set clear directions for the On Trade team aligned with ambitious goals.
Talent Development
  • Inspire, coach, and develop National Account Managers and Executives through strengths-based leadership.
  • Champion development tools to help team members reach their full potential.
  • Ensure team engagement, growth, and high performance.
About You
  • Senior-level commercial expertise, especially in strategic Joint Business Planning (JBP) and complex negotiations.
  • Proven success in achieving growth and profitability targets.
  • Strong On Trade industry knowledge with awareness of evolving trends.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and results.
  • Advanced Key Account management experience and P&L ownership.
  • Ability to influence at board level, balancing strategy and operational excellence.
  • Experience navigating complex, cross-functional, and matrix environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen, curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
