Position Summary

Company’s international sales strategy is driven by a network of reseller partners who act as sales and support agents for their local customers. The Channel Manager - EMEA is responsible for managing, developing, and expanding relationships with partners in the region, ensuring strong revenue growth, support, and renewal operations.

Essential Functions
  • Own and manage the overall relationship with partners, driving revenue growth through structured engagement strategies, data‑driven insights, and proactive business development.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize partner deal pipelines for new and renewal business, providing accurate forecasts and strategic recommendations to leadership to mitigate risks and maximize revenue.
  • Support partners’ sales and customer success efforts with product knowledge, training, messaging, demonstrations, customer data, and general guidance.
  • Represent Company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings, both in‑person and virtually.
  • Liaise with the Marketing team on campaigns and events to ensure good two‑way communication as well as adherence to branding and marketing guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the Compliance team to assist partners’ clients & prospects that require security questions and questionnaires along with risk assessments.
  • Work with the Legal Department to respond to partners’ clients & prospects that require TOS, OSA and other agreements changes.
  • Assist the Sr. Mgr., Channel Sales with changes to distribution agreements, and generate and manage the signature process when updates and new agreements are required.
  • Work with our Enablement team to create and distribute resources to assist with new products, upgrades, changes to TOS or policies, and operational systems.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, including one early‑morning meeting per week at 6:30 AM Eastern.
Qualifications / Skills
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in channel sales, at least 2 of which in SaaS.
  • Proven expertise in the UK/Ireland/EMEA market with a strong understanding of partner ecosystems.
  • Fluency in English and French with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and experience managing sales pipelines.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess partner performance and sales data.
  • Ability to handle C-level discussions, including difficult conversations and strategic negotiations.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (G‑suite) and Microsoft Office.
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant business experience.
