Channel Development Manager role available for a fully remote B2B sales position targeting reseller partners in the South East and South West of England. The role involves selling a range of telematics solutions used in commercial fleets.

The Role: As a Channel Development Manager, you will be working remotely, covering an area in the South of the UK, which incorporates everything South of Birmingham. You will be selling telematics products and solutions such as dashcams, GPS trackers, and associated software packages designed for commercial vehicle fleets. Your route to market will be through the ‘channel’, meaning you will identify, onboard, and manage reseller partner relationships across your area.

  • Utilize a multi-channel outreach approach to onboard new channel partners, including face-to-face meetings, trade shows, and cold calling methodologies as necessary.
  • Be supported by marketing, account managers, and a network of 250+ installers across the UK.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2+ years in B2B reseller sales model, with experience in identifying, bringing on, and managing reseller relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong CRM proficiency.
  • Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
  • Ability to communicate complex product offerings clearly to non-technical audiences.

Location: South of Birmingham

Package: £45,000 – 47,000 basic salary DOE, Company Car Allowance of £6,000, Uncapped OTE (year 1 average £10k) paid monthly, pension, laptop, phone, 25 days holiday
