Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Channel Development Manager to lead partner engagement and drive revenue growth across our solutions and services portfolio. This is an external, partner-facing role focused on relationship development, business planning, and sales execution with a strong emphasis on trust, collaboration, and results.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Engagement & Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with assigned partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to partners.
- Conduct on-site visits to understand partner business needs and objectives.
- Align our solutions with partner goals to unlock new opportunities.
Portfolio Advocacy & Development
- Present a full view of our solutions, services, and operational capabilities.
- Identify and promote new lines of business to existing partners.
- Review partner performance and recommend improvement strategies.
- Tailor offerings with internal teams to meet partner-specific requirements.
Business Development & Growth
- Drive partner commitment to existing and new solutions.
- Address obstacles to partner success and growth.
- Achieve revenue, gross profit, and partner engagement targets.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Create and implement strategic, partner-specific business plans.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with key partners.
- Provide actionable market intelligence and partner insights.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, technical, and operations teams.
- Provide regular activity and performance reporting to leadership.
- Share success stories and best practices across the team.
Key Performance Indicators
- Revenue and gross profit growth
- Number of partner on-site visits and business reviews (QBRs)
- Adoption of new technologies and solution areas by partners
- Cross-sell and upsell metrics
- Pipeline conversion and value
