Responsible for acquiring and onboarding key channel partners, then driving incremental growth through new logo acquisition in combination with existing customer retention and upsell.

This role will have a defined list of key vendor resellers to onboard and own.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Identify and onboard key partners to increase revenue and margin streams, while adhering to vendor partner program requirements.
  2. Collaborate with vendors, resellers, and Sales and Marketing teams to deliver effective marketing and demand generation campaigns.
  3. Develop and nurture relationships with existing partners to generate new revenue and margin streams.
  4. Understand vendor technology solutions to market at a sales level.
  5. Deliver product and commercial presentations, including sales enablement to resellers (face-to-face and virtual).
  6. Maintain relationships with vendor peers at all levels and conduct business reviews.
  7. Assist Sales Support with quotes and technical pre-sales questions.
  8. Manage product solution opportunities with pre-sales specialists, meeting deadlines and making relevant recommendations.
  9. Liaise with pre-sales and register deals with vendors, ensuring accuracy of configurations.
  10. Assist Client Sales teams with accurate forecasting.
  11. Produce timely forecasts for the Business Manager.
  12. Maintain accurate CRM data, including opportunity stages, meeting logs, and personnel information.
  13. Identify cross-selling opportunities across the company's product range.
  14. Proven track record in revenue growth for Cyber Security or related product lines.
  15. 3+ years in an IT channel sales position.
  16. Ability to work in a high-volume, data-driven environment.
  17. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  18. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  19. Discipline in managing administrative aspects of outbound/external sales roles.
