Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of our Strategy and Integration initiatives.
• Manage internal change projects across multiple divisions.
• Assist Senior Change Managers in their roles.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on process improvements.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage challenging situations.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business processes.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in creating project plans, risk logs, and action plans, and managing change projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to support cross-division collaboration, improve efficiencies, and enhance customer experience.
