Function: PMO

Duration: Permanent

Hours: Full Time / 37 hours per week

Location(s): Broughton, Chester (Hybrid with a minimum of 2 days a week on site)

Travel: Flexibility to travel to Customer sites in Lincoln and Bristol

What You Will Do

Support the Capability Programme Manager on a major capability programme, managing resources to deliver project scope on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals from requirement management to delivery, ensuring effective execution to meet commitments.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenues and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, develop solutions, and ensure project success.
  • Maintain effective communication within the programme and support business development activities.
  • Deputise for the Programme Manager as needed and ensure adherence to processes.
