The Computacenter ITIL service will support the customeror ITIL processes to enable the customer to deliver their ITIL services, such as problem and change management. The ITIL team works with the customer and a typical day could involve attending customer-led ITIL meetings, for example a problem review or change board, and collaborating with stakeholders to follow the customerrom ITIL procedures to maintain compliance of them.
