Band 8: £34,434 - £38,220 per annum
Full time 37hrs per week,
Based at the Guildhall, Gainsborough (with provision to work from home)

West Lindsey District Council is seeking two Change & Projects Officers to join our Transformation team. These roles will lead and support the delivery of strategic projects and change initiatives that drive service improvement, digital innovation, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include developing business cases, managing project lifecycles, embedding change management principles, and promoting consistent delivery through our PMO frameworks. Candidates should be confident communicators with experience in project and change environments and digitally aware.
