The Role

As a Change Project Manager, you’ll play an out-of-the-ordinary role. You will be responsible for supporting the business to prepare for, deliver, and adopt a wide variety of change activities and initiatives.

Day-to-day, you’ll work with the Programme Manager to deliver change programs, ensuring project outcomes are achieved and benefits are realized.

1. Construct plans for executing multiple change projects.
2. Ensure plans meet the requirements of the business and stakeholders.
3. Facilitate and manage workshops and data gathering exercises.
4. Maintain documentation of project statuses.
5. Engage with cross-functional teams to identify constraints, dependencies, and risks.

This role is full-time, 37 hours per week, and can be performed from various locations with home working arrangements.

Experience Required

• Proven successful project management experience.
• General understanding of financial, commercial, and legal aspects.
• Background in the defence industry is advantageous but not essential.
