A leading law firm in Bristol is seeking a Change Project Manager to work closely with stakeholders, ensuring the successful embedding of user-centered transformations. The ideal candidate will manage project lifecycles, lead change initiatives, and promote continuous improvement. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, delivery of impact assessments, and ensuring smooth transitions post-implementation. Based in our Bristol office, this role sits within Transformation and Operations where you will be working with stakeholders across the firm, including Directors and Partners to embed a culture of high-quality user-centred transformation. Working under the guidance of the Lead Portfolio Manager, the Change Project Manager will offer expertise in both project and change management across technological, strategic and operational programmes and projects. The role will partner with the firm to ensure business readiness, adoption and sustained benefits realisation from change initiatives, all aligned to the scope as defined during the initial phase. The role requires strong internal and external stakeholder engagement, with the ability to navigate the project lifecycle with ease and confidence.
