Job Description

Are you ready to be the driving force behind transformational change at L&G Asset Management? As a Change Pipeline Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and prioritizing new transformational change ideas and opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with business area leads, architecture teams, and finance to ensure alignment with strategic goals and drive impactful change. You will be at the forefront of capturing emerging demand, teasing out the details required for business cases, and ensuring we focus on opportunities that offer the most value to our business and clients. What you'll be doing:

  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, communicate change impacts, and manage expectations
  • Defining a streamlined intake/pipeline management process that can be flexed to reflect the different size, complexity, and urgency of new demand
  • Analysing and designing solutions by working with business stakeholders to understand the nature of their demand/problem/opportunity
  • Defining, implementing, and maintaining a prioritization framework to consistently capture key components of all initiatives
  • Assisting in the preparation or producing high-level business cases and supporting material for informed investment decisions
  • Ensuring opportunities are captured, tracked, and reported from initial idea to eventual handover to execution
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements within the change management framework and implementing best practices
  • Establishing KPIs for the pipeline process to monitor and track progress effectively

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

  • Experience in Financial Services, preferably Asset Management (Products & Front Office)
  • Strong understanding of Change Management principles & life cycle including Planning, Estimating, Business Analysis/Consulting, Project Delivery and Project Governance
  • Experience using structured project prioritisation methodologies
  • Strong experience developing business cases and managing multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Exposure to senior business stakeholders and confidence/ability to constructively challenge
  • Experience of full project lifecycle with a client journey and product-led focus
  • Multiple instances of project delivery (full lifecycle)
  • Experience providing consulting support to Business lines to best exploit an opportunity at the outset
