A leading company in the retail sector is looking for a Change Manager for Technology to oversee significant change initiatives. We are delighted to share a new and exciting opportunity for a Change Manager for Technology.
This role would suit someone who has experience delivering People change initiatives along with Tech Change experience at a global scale.
Change: Leads the change and deployment of change initiatives for the Group People function that deliver the Group People Campaigns - responsible for creating and managing deployment plans which shows how & when the change will land
Deployment: Builds strong stakeholder engagement with the business area across the Group impacted by the change to ensure excellent understanding of their deployment requirements and be set up for success when landing the change
Comms: Establish and lead the delivery of the Comms plan for the change, ensure the key messages are landed and all audiences are considered
