Skills and Requirements:

• Proven change management experience within an ITIL environment
• Experience leading CAB meetings (Standard Change, Emergency Change)
• Expertise in process improvement based on needs assessment
• Good knowledge of managing ITSM tools (ServiceNow, FreshDesk, etc.)
• Stakeholder management skills across different seniority levels, with the ability to present effectively
