About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project or Change Manager with a passion for driving strategic transformation across a large business. You'll work across the entire group, delivering a diverse portfolio of change projects that impact everything from logistics and operations to people and infrastructure. You'll be working closely with the Head of Business Transformation to translate high-level strategy into actionable project plans, managing delivery from end to end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and deliver change projects aligned to the group's finance strategy
  • Translate strategic objectives into tangible project plans with clear deliverables and milestones
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and manage matrix teams to ensure delivery
  • Own full project lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, risk/issue management, and budget control
  • Provide regular portfolio updates to senior stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practice in project and change delivery

You're an experienced change or project manager that enjoys working across a variety of functions and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You're ready to dive deep into operational processes, lead change, and make a tangible impact.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • APM or Prince2 qualification
  • Strong end-to-end project lifecycle management experience
  • Proven experience managing budgets, risks, and project governance
  • Confident running meetings and leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to translate strategy into action
  • Experience in food manufacturing or fast-moving industries
  • Background in business analysis
  • SAP knowledge or ERP implementation experience
  • Experience working on cross-functional business transformation programmes
