The Change Manager will be an integral part of the Change Management Office supporting the business through change and fostering a change culture. Ideally, with experience in implementing a new ERP platform (Workday, SAP, Oracle), transitioning from multiple legacy systems into one platform.
The role includes using change management strategies as part of a centre of excellence to increase business engagement through effective communication, manage resistance to change, increase adoption, and support the delivery of measurable value.
