Job description

Job Purpose

The Change Manager will be an integral part of the Change Management Office, supporting the business through change and fostering a change culture. Ideally, with experience in implementing a new ERP platform (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle), transitioning from multiple legacy systems into one platform. The role includes using change management strategies as part of a centre of excellence to increase business engagement through effective communication, manage resistance to change, increase adoption, and support the delivery of measurable value.

About the role
  1. Create Change Management strategies for strategic and tactical change projects.
  2. Act as a consultant for change management activities within business-led change initiatives.
  3. Complete change management documentation in line with the framework, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communication plan, and training plan.
  4. Manage stakeholders, including project teams, business units, and senior leadership.
  5. Build awareness and desire through effective business engagement and communication.
  6. Understand the change impact on ways of working within the business.
  7. Build knowledge and ability regarding change by informing training plans and support.
  8. Assist in reinforcing and embedding change to realize intended benefits.
  9. Coach change management practices within the team and business.
