The Role - Change Manager

• Manage all variations to the project contract to ensure cost and time efficiency
• Supervise the client-side change management function
• Contribute to results as agreed with local commercial management
• Maintain 360-degree relationships to protect the company's position
• Perform commercial tasks and present results clearly and accurately
• Design, innovate, and influence solutions to address inefficiencies
• Promote and drive continuous improvement
• Balance risk when considering innovative solutions and future possibilities
• Learn from team members for personal development
• Take responsibility for delivering quality services

What our client is looking for in a Change Manager

• 5+ years of experience as a Change Manager within Civil Engineering/Construction ESSENTIAL
• Change management qualification
• Current UK Driving Licence
• Detailed understanding of general and specific change management practices
• Willingness to go the extra mile for customers
• A proactive 'can-do' attitude in work delivery
