As a Change Manager, you will join a team based at RAF Waddington, Lincolnshire, responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day implementation and management of the change management process. Your role will include ensuring that changes to the IT infrastructure and services are executed smoothly, minimizing disruptions, and adhering to ITIL best practices. Candidates should have strong customer service and administration skills, experience with Continuous Service Improvement and Change Management, and a good understanding of reporting and analytics.
