Job description

As a Change Manager, you will join a team based at RAF Waddington, Lincolnshire, responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day implementation and management of the change management process. Your role will include ensuring that changes to the IT infrastructure and services are executed smoothly, minimizing disruptions, and adhering to ITIL best practices. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Applying ITIL best practices for change management following established workflows and operating procedures.
  • Maintaining process and policy documentation under document control to deliver consistent, high-quality service to the customer.
  • Collaborating with team members and contributing to service improvement opportunities.
  • Producing management information for stakeholders of supported applications, products, and services.
  • Creating reports and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Updating training materials, creating awareness, and publicizing new change management capabilities.

Candidates should have strong customer service and administration skills, experience with Continuous Service Improvement and Change Management, and a good understanding of reporting and analytics. ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required. We value diverse backgrounds and are looking for individuals with the required experience and a willingness to learn.
