Job description

Linklaters is a global law firm, with 31 offices in 21 countries worldwide.

Linklaters is a people business. Being best in class in the eyes of our clients means that our people must be exceptional.

We look not only for brilliant minds, but for people who will thrive in our environment: people who love working collaboratively and demonstrate the innovative, efficient, agile, entrepreneurial, and responsible mind-set we aim to bring to every interaction.

Ours is an environment of outperformance. We achieve this not with targets and incentives, but by fostering a positive, supportive, fair, and open atmosphere.

We respect and value difference but insist on inclusivity. We celebrate all aspects of diversity and challenge any form of bias. This is vital to our ability to work as one team, with a common goal.

Change and Communications Manager - The role:

  • Design and implement change strategies and plans for firmwide programmes and projects to maximise successful adoption and realisation of benefits.
  • Lead stakeholder management: identify key groups, understand their needs and concerns, and build support for change initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough change impact analyses across people, processes, systems, and data to ensure comprehensive planning.
  • Develop and roll out tailored plans and activities for each stakeholder group, aligning with broader programme objectives.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evidence the impact of change interventions.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, internal communications teams, and global change networks to drive engagement and alignment.
  • Contribute to the development of our Change Centre of Excellence and foster a positive, adaptable change culture.
  • Engage with strategic projects spanning process optimisation, technology implementation, organisational transformation, and culture change.

Change and Communications Manager - What we're looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering change strategies within a global professional services environment (legal sector experience is strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage diverse stakeholder groups across multiple countries.
  • A solid track record of developing transition plans and tracking KPIs for enterprise-wide adoption of change.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, championing collaboration and fostering a positive culture throughout a firm.
  • Forward-thinking, solution-oriented, and passionate about making an impact through well-executed change.
  • Enthusiasm for professional growth and contributing to wider team success as we shape the future of Linklaters.

Change and Communications Manager - What's on offer:
