What You'll Do?
As a CMC Consultant, you'll work on a variety of exciting fast paced programmes in both the private and public sector. You'll also get the flexibility of working with a variety of clients and teams on different sites and projects. You'll use your exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

About you
Successful candidates will have experience across a range of themes in the people side of change. You may already be a certified practitioner or be familiar with our core methodology, Prosci and its accompanying ADKAR model.
