Job summary

Atos is seeking a Change Manager in the United Kingdom to safeguard critical services for major public and private sector customers. You will lead risk-based decision making, govern change policies, and drive secure delivery of business-critical changes across complex IT environments.

You will coordinate approvals, assess risks and impacts, and ensure changes are properly documented, tested, and auditable, contributing to resilience and continuous improvement across Atos teams and client

• Assess risk, impact, and urgency of proposed changes.
• Facilitate emergency change approvals during Major Incidents.
• Coordinate CAB / ECAB engagement where required.
• Ensure changes are documented, approved, and auditable.
• Validate implementation and backout plans.
• Monitor change-related risk during incident recovery.
• Ensure change records are updated and closed correctly.
