Aiimi is seeking an experienced, hands-on Change Manager to join us on a 3-month fixed-term or contract basis, starting as soon as possible - ideally, you’ll be immediately available or on a short notice period. This role is perfect for someone with a strategic mindset who’s not afraid to get into the details and drive real, practical change.

You’ll be working directly with one of our clients to drive business change initiatives, providing expert guidance and hands-on support throughout the change lifecycle. You'll be embedded within the client team, helping to shape and execute plans that deliver real impact. This is a client-facing role with an expectation to be on-site in Bradford 2–3 days per week.

A day in the life of an Aiimi Change Manager:

• Develop and execute robust change and communication plans.
• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Support the creation and implementation of training and development plans.
• Contribute to the design of governance and operating models.
• Provide hands-on change support to projects, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Monitor and report on change impact, readiness, and adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business change and change management, preferably in fast-paced or transformation-heavy environments.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver tactically and manage competing priorities.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable operating both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, from exec level to operational teams.
• Able to work on-site in Bradford 2–3 days per week.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
