Overview
The Change Manager will be an integral part of the Change Management Office who support the business through change and create change culture. Ideally with experience of implementing a new ERP platform (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle), transitioning from multiple legacy systems into one platform. The role will include using change management strategies as part of a centre of excellence to increase business engagement through effective communication, manage resistance to change, increase adoption and support the delivery of measurable value.
Responsibilities
- A key member of programme and project teams to provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle on change management activity
- Create Change Management strategies for strategic and tactical change projects
- Act as a consultant for change management activities within business led change
- Complete change management documentation in line with the framework, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communication plan, training plan
- Stakeholder management of project teams, business and senior leadership
- Build awareness and desire through effective business engagement and communications
- Understand the change impact on the ways of working in the business
- Build knowledge and ability of the change in the business by informing training plans and support
- Assist with reinforcing and embedding change in the business to realise the intended benefits
- Coach change management practices within the team and business
- Ideally Prosci qualified or equivalent
- Experience of delivering change in professional services

Qualifications
