Job summary

Hitachi Solutions UK is seeking a Change Consultant early in your consulting career to help drive client transformation programmes. You will work with senior and lead consultants to design and deliver change, communications, stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities.

You will gain exposure to change management across client transformations, learning to shape adoption, training and communications in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in change management, business transformation, project delivery or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of organisational change principles and a willingness to develop expertise.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of change management activities per project plans and methodology.
• Assist with stakeholder analysis and maintaining stakeholder engagement plans.
• Support change impact assessments and gathering information on process and system changes.
• Create and maintain project communications, presentations and engagement materials.
• Coordinate and support workshops and engagement sessions with client stakeholders.
• Assist in development and execution of communication campaigns to raise awareness.
• Support business readiness activities and feedback collection.
• Help maintain change action logs, risk registers and trackers.
• Support the delivery of training and learning activities, including scheduling and logistics.
• Capture feedback and provide insights to improve adoption activities.
• Support hypercare activities and post-go-live adoption initiatives.
• Contribute to project status reporting and client-facing deliverables.
