This is your opportunity to work on high-impact global transformation projects, collaborate with top-tier clients, and play a key role in a high-performing consultancy team. About you: • At least 5+ years of change management consulting experience within HR or Workplace transformations
• Expert in strategic change capability and hands-on delivery across culture, operating model, and digital change
• Proficient with change tools and methodologies across all phases of a change program, from strategy and roadmap design to impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to build trusted client relationships quickly at all levels, representing the company with professionalism
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Capable of understanding and presenting complex issues clearly
• Passionate about developing long-term client relationships
• A team player, self-starter with a 'can do' attitude, collaborative
• Good leader and coach, whether in line or project management
• Strategic thinker, able to handle ambiguity and influence stakeholders
