This is your opportunity to work on high-impact global transformation projects, collaborate with top-tier clients, and play a key role in a high-performing consultancy team. About you:
• At least 5+ years of change management consulting experience within HR or workplace transformations
• Expertise in both strategic change capability and hands-on delivery across culture, operating models, and digital change
• Proficiency with a full suite of change tools and methodologies across all phases of a change programme, from strategy and roadmap design to impact and readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to build trusted client relationships quickly at all levels, representing the company with professionalism and capability
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
• Ability to understand and assess complex issues and present clear, understandable solutions
• Passion for developing long-term client relationships
• A team player, self-starter with a positive attitude, valuing internal and external collaboration
• Good leader and coach, whether in line management or project management roles
• Strategic thinker capable of navigating ambiguity and influencing stakeholder direction
