Salary: £80-85,000 + benefits + holiday allowance

Altum Consulting is partnering with a leading global HR transformation consultancy to find a manager-level Change Management Consultant. This is your opportunity to work on high-impact global transformation projects, collaborate with top-tier clients, and play a key role in a high-performing team.

About you

• At least 5+ years of change management consulting experience within HR or Workplace transformations
• Expertise in both strategic change capability and hands-on delivery across culture, operating model, and digital change
• Proficiency with a full suite of change tools and methodologies across all phases of a change program, including strategy, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to build trusted client relationships quickly at all levels
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to analyze complex issues and present clear solutions
• Passion for developing long-term client relationships
• Team player, self-starter with a positive attitude, collaborative mindset
• Leadership and coaching skills, whether in line or project management roles
• Strategic thinker, comfortable with ambiguity, capable of influencing stakeholders
