About you

• At least 5+ years change management consulting experience within HR or Workplace transformations
• Expert in both strategic change capability and hands-on delivery across culture, operating model, and digital change
• Proficient with the full suite of change tools and methodologies across all phases of a change programme, from strategy and roadmap design to impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to build trusted client relationships quickly at all levels, representing the company with professionalism
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Capable of understanding complex issues and presenting clear solutions
• Passionate about developing long-term client relationships
• Team player, self-starter with a positive attitude, collaborative mindset
• Effective leader and coach, whether line or project management
• Strategic thinker comfortable with ambiguity and stakeholder influence
