This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact global transformation projects, collaborate with top-tier clients, and be part of a high-performing consultancy team focused on delivering value.

About You

• At least 5+ years of change management consulting experience within HR or workplace transformations
• Expertise in strategic change capability and hands-on delivery across culture, operating models, and digital change
• Proficiency with a full suite of change tools and methodologies across all phases of a change program
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to build trusted client relationships quickly at all levels
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to analyze complex issues and present clear solutions
• Passion for developing long-term client relationships
• Team player, self-starter with a positive attitude, collaborative mindset
• Effective leader and coach, whether in line or project management roles
