Altum Consulting is partnering with a leading global HR transformation consultancy to find a manager-level Change Management consultant. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact global transformation projects, collaborate with top-tier clients, and be part of a dynamic consulting team focused on delivering value.
Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of change management consulting experience within HR or workplace transformations.
• Expertise in strategic change capability and hands-on delivery across culture, operating models, and digital change.
• Proficiency with change tools and methodologies across all phases of a change program, including strategy, impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships at all levels.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and present clear solutions.
• Passion for developing long-term client relationships.
• Team player, self-starter with a proactive attitude.
• Leadership and coaching skills, whether in line management or project roles.
