About you:

• At least 5+ years of change management consulting experience within HR or Workplace transformations
• Expert in both strategic change capability and hands-on delivery across culture, operating model, and digital change
• Proficient with a full suite of change tools and methodologies across all phases of a change programme, from strategy and roadmap design to impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to build trusted client relationships quickly at all levels, representing the company with professionalism and capability
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to analyze complex issues and present clear, understandable solutions
• Passion for developing long-term client relationships
• Team player, self-starter with a proactive attitude, valuing collaboration
• Effective leader and coach, whether in line management or project leadership
