About you

• At least 5+ years of change management consulting experience within HR or Workplace transformations
• Expert in both strategic change capability and hands-on delivery across culture, operating models, and digital change
• Proficient with a full suite of change tools and methodologies across all phases of a change programme, from strategy and roadmap design to impact and readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to build trusted client relationships quickly at all levels, representing the company with professionalism and capability
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
• Ability to understand and assess complex issues and present clear, easy-to-understand solutions
• Passionate about developing long-term client relationships
• Team player, self-starter with a 'can do' attitude, collaborative internally and with clients
• Effective leader and coach, whether in line or project management roles
• Strategic thinker comfortable with ambiguity, capable of influencing and shaping stakeholder direction
