About you

• At least 5+ years change management consulting experience within HR or Workplace transformations
• Expert in both strategic change capability and hands-on delivery across culture, operating models, and digital change
• Brings the full suite of change tools and methodologies across all phases of a change programme, from change strategy and roadmap design, to impact and readiness assessments, to stakeholder engagement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to build trusted client relationships quickly and at all levels, representing the consulting company with professionalism
• Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
• Ability to understand and assess complex issues and present solutions clearly and effectively
• Passionate about helping grow and develop long-term client relationships
• A team player, self-starter with a 'can do' attitude, collaborative internally and with clients
• Effective leader and coach, whether in line or project management roles
• Strategic thinker capable of dealing with ambiguity and influencing stakeholders
