Change Lead – Finance & Investment Operations

Salary circa £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

A bit about the job:

You’ll lead a team of up to 15 change professionals, including Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Change Managers. Your focus will be on delivering safe, sustainable change within Finance & Investment Operations and collaborate across our Insurance, wealth and retirement teams as well as Aviva Investors. You’ll shape the change roadmap, develop and implement a resourcing strategy supporting your team to develop and grow. Working closely with senior leaders and the People Function to address skills gaps and future needs.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven leaderof large change delivery teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments, driving successful transformation initiatives.
  • Skilled communicatorwith a strong track record of engaging stakeholders and managing risks, issues, and resource dependencies throughout change processes.
  • Trusted collaboratorwith experience building strong relationships across business areas and guiding organisational development and change.
  • People-focused strategist, leading initiatives in learning and development, DE&I, and recruitment across departments.
  • Qualified change professionalwith hands-on experience in project management and business analysis, holding certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, and BCS is desirable

  • Starting salary circa £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
