We have a great opportunity for a Change Lead Director to join our Global HR Team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Glasgow or Northampton.
About the Role
- Championing Payroll Services: Focus on improving the experience, effectiveness, efficiency, and control of our Payroll services, working with operational and strategic leaders.
- Digital Transformation: Collaborate with experience, CoE, technology teams, and stakeholders to deliver value through agile digital transformation initiatives.
- Enhancing Employee Experience: Lead efforts to improve colleague and people leader experiences by adopting a collaborative, data-driven approach to HR journeys.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies, controls, and user experience, prioritizing work based on data insights.
- Innovation and Automation: Work with technical teams to introduce new ideas, improve processes, and automate where possible.
- Change Portfolio Leadership: Guide the prioritization and delivery of change initiatives related to colleague journeys.
Skills and Experience
- Expertise in digital transformation
- Workday experience is desirable but not essential
- Payroll experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience working across stakeholders in an agile environment
- Data-driven decision-making skills
Purpose of the Role

Accountabilities
- Conduct research to understand client needs and pain points.
- Holistically analyze client journeys to identify improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience using customer insights.
- Collect and analyze data from various channels to evaluate experience initiatives.
- Develop strategies and metrics to improve client experience and loyalty.
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into product offerings.
