Kennedys is looking for a Change Lead to join its Change Team based in London. The successful candidate will work as part of the Change Management Office within the wider Transformation Team to manage various change initiatives and activities across the Firm, ensuring they are effectively communicated and embedded to our people globally.

Team

Kennedys' Change Team is responsible for the delivery of change initiatives across the global firm, working with Legal and Business Services Teams in all offices.

They take change initiatives from discovery through to benefits realisation, aligning with the Firm's strategic goals and offering expertise and experience to both Kennedys staff and clients.

The Change Team is based in London.

Key responsibilities

  • Working with the Senior Change Lead, help drive the establishment and development of the Kennedys' change management capability in support of the Transformational agenda and Firm's strategic priorities
  • Identify and manage the people and organisational risks related to projects, developing specific interventions to mitigate or address resistance and promote adoption
  • Create change approaches and plans to manage interdependencies, change impact and resistance across designated transformation initiatives
  • Identify key stakeholders with a role in supporting the deployment of the change (such as Managers, Change Agents, Project Leads/Managers), assess their change capability and enable them to fulfil their roles
  • Conduct change impact assessments in collaboration with project team members, subject matter experts and internal/external stakeholders.

Required experience

  • Proven business communications and change management experience in a complex, global corporate environment is highly desired
  • Business and/or IT transformation change experience ideal
  • Experience of working in a matrix environment with a variety of cultural backgrounds
  • Experience making use of collaboration tools to engage and communicate in large, dispersed organisations
  • Strong communication skills and a diplomatic approach to problem-solving
  • Highly organised with an ability to multi-task
  • Enthusiastic team player with good communication skills, ability to work as part of adelivery-focused and proactive team.
