Job description

Kennedys is seeking a Change Lead to join its Change Team based in London. The successful candidate will work within the Change Management Office of the IT Team to oversee various global change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and integration across the firm.

Team

The Change Team is responsible for delivering change initiatives worldwide, collaborating with Legal and Business Services Teams across all offices. They manage initiatives from discovery through to benefits realization, aligning with the firm's strategic goals and providing expertise to staff and clients.

The Change Team is located in London.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Senior Change Lead in developing the firm's change management capabilities aligned with strategic priorities.
  2. Identify and mitigate people and organizational risks, developing interventions to address resistance and promote adoption.
  3. Create change plans to manage interdependencies, impacts, and resistance in transformation initiatives.
  4. Engage with key stakeholders such as Managers, Change Agents, and Project Leads, assessing their change capability and enabling their roles.
  5. Conduct change impact assessments with project teams and stakeholders.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in business communications and change management within a complex, global corporate environment.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Experience using collaboration tools for engagement and communication in dispersed organizations.
  • Strong communication and diplomatic problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
  • Enthusiastic team player with good communication skills, capable of working proactively within a delivery-focused team.
