Change Delivery Product Owner – Salary circa £50,000
Locations: York / Sheffield / Bristol
This is a fantastic opportunity for a change professional to support the prioritisation and delivery of change activity within the Protection Propositions team. This will involve efficiently managing change through the project lifecycle and collaborating with multiple teams within Aviva and external 3rd parties to enhance Aviva’s Protection proposition.
You will work alongside Aviva’s IT and change teams to provide business priorities and support our platform and systems teams to manage day to day trading. The role also involves looking to the future, considering how change practice might evolve and the skills that will be required from team members.
You will support senior management on the new propositions implementation from the story identification to the delivery to maximising post launch outcomes (leveraging all necessary teams internally including innovation, marketing, product, IT and SME expertise).
You will ensure change is conducted within Aviva's risk tolerance and delivery framework, supporting IT and Change colleagues to demand the highest standards from change partners and suppliers. The role will also require forward thinking on the future of change strategy, including the roles and skills required and how future technologies may change the systems and process operated today.
