Job description

We are the final stage for complaints about the NHS in England and public services delivered by the UK Government. We look into complaints where someone believes there has been injustice or hardship because an organisation has not acted properly or fairly or has given a poor service and not put things right.

About the role

As Change Delivery Manager, you will lead a team that coordinates and implements change across the Ombudsman's operations. A proven project manager, you will deliver specific projects or lead work streams that require cross-functional working and accountability.

You will apply appropriate project management approaches and tools to drive improved governance, ensuringsuccessful implementation and review. You will also maintain a consistent, coherent and complete picture of the Ombudsman’s operational process design in the Service Model and its supporting guidance and ensure use of continuous improvement techniques to drive further change.

Your excellent communication skills will ensure that you engage with operational teams and stakeholders to embed new ways of working.
