Change & Delivery Lead – London (Financial Services)

A leading financial services company is seeking a high-performing, hands-on professional to join its Operations team in a newly created role. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering change across a dynamic, growing international firm.

About the Company

Operating across major global financial centres, this firm advises institutional investors and fund managers in private equity, infrastructure, private credit, and sustainable investing. With over 30 years of experience, it remains 100% employee-owned and is committed to operational excellence and innovation.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Change & Delivery Lead to support business-wide improvements—through both operational change and structured project delivery. This role is key to evolving the way the company works, embedding new processes and technologies, and leading people through change.

You’ll be part of the Operations Management Office, responsible for delivering transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement, and—critically—managing change in a way that drives adoption, engagement and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change and transformation initiatives from scoping to delivery, ensuring successful adoption across teams
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, document current processes and design improved ways of working
  • Champion and embed a structured change management approach across the firm—ensuring new systems, processes and behaviours stick
  • Coordinate communication, training and stakeholder engagement efforts to support change initiatives
  • Collaborate across business functions, operations and third-party providers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Promote agile ways of working and support a continuous improvement culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in delivering change management, process improvement and/or operational transformation for Financial Services companies
  • Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Kotter, or similar)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and lead across all levels
  • Practical experience with project and change management tools; Agile delivery mindset a plus
  • Commercially aware, analytical and highly detail-oriented
  • A self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
