Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and experienced Project / Programme Manager / Change Delivery Lead? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment? Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking a talented individual like you to join their team as a Change Delivery Lead.

In this exciting role, you will use your expertise in Project Management, change management, business analysis, and communication to lead business-wide change initiatives. As the Change Delivery Lead, you will bring together cross-functional resources to tackle a wide range of business problems. Your excellent communication and coordination skills will ensure seamless collaboration between delivery teams and stakeholders across the organisation.

Your adaptability and flexibility will shine as you tailor your methodology and style to suit different scenarios. You will also have the opportunity to challenge and stress test plans, scope, and delivery approaches, ensuring that the organisation is well-prepared for any obstacles that may arise.

This specific assignment will involve working in the Data team, where you will be responsible for managing incoming requests from other Teams, as well as handling all BAU work from the business. Your primary goal will be to improve the responsiveness of the service the Data offers, reducing friction for Outcome Teams, and enabling quicker delivery by those teams.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and influencing skills. Your ability to engage with teams and stakeholders will allow you to create a culture of transparency across all aspects of delivery. Strong analytical skills will be essential as you provide structured thinking and challenge to problems, transforming them into actionable work for teams. Additionally, your high level of emotional intelligence will enable you to read a room and adapt your approach accordingly.

Candidates that bring experience with data, particularly batch data will be highly desired as will those with Financial Services / Banking

If you are an energetic and results-driven professional with a passion for driving successful end-to-end delivery, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. Join our client's team and make an impact!
