A leading housing group is seeking two Change Delivery Leads to join their hybrid team in London. The role involves managing stakeholder requirements and delivering projects that drive business change. Candidates should have project management qualifications and experience in digital transformation, along with strong communication skills.
We have an exciting opportunity for two Change Delivery Leads to join our hybrid team in London.
Reporting to the Change Delivery Manager, you'll own the delivery of a diverse range of activities which will drive business change through effective project delivery.
Managing multiple key business stakeholders, you'll be accountable for understanding their requirements/the need for change and translating this from discovery into a robust business case and project plan that will capture the impact on our customers, people, policies, processes and technology. You'll be responsible for leading on project delivery and implementation to successfully implement new ways of working.
You'll take full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of projects and provide effective leadership to the project team, adopting appropriate project management methods and tools.
It is essential that you have a recognised project or programme management qualification/certification: Prince2, MSP or PMP or equivalent experience. A strong understanding of Agile & Change Management methodologies would be advantageous. You'll also have prior demonstrable experience delivering successful digital transformation projects, including cloud-based solutions, enterprise-wide system implementations & technology driven service improvements. Knowledge & experience delivering technology-driven projects within a large public sector organisation or similarly complex environment is expected.
