Your new role
As a Change Control Manager/QS, you will be responsible for managing change control processes, ensuring that all changes are documented and approved in accordance with project standards. Your role will involve:

1. Developing and implementing change control procedures.
2. Reviewing and assessing change requests.
3. Communicating changes to project stakeholders.
4. Maintaining accurate records of change requests and their outcomes.
