Job Description
Change Communications Manager - Project One (IT Transformation Project) 12-month contract Slough based, with some UK travel required to our other site locations. We operate a dynamic working model built on trust, choice and balance. Colleagues typically connect in person 3 days per week, as we know the best ideas and relationships grow when we collaborate side by side. We also offer Dynamic Friday Hours, giving colleagues the opportunity to flex their time and finish early on a Friday, where the role allows.
About the role: We’re embarking on Project One – a major ERP transformation designed to standardise and simplify our processes and systems with a new Infor ERP implementation. This is one of the most significant change programmes KP Snacks has ever undertaken, and it will touch every part of our business – from our head office to our seven manufacturing sites. To help make this a success, we’re looking for an experienced Change Communication Manager.
