Job summary

NFU Mutual is seeking a Change Capability Consultant to shape change capability standards across the organisation. The role focuses on learning, onboarding, reporting and continuous improvement, coordinating the Change Framework and tracking benefits.

It offers hybrid working (80% homeworking, 20% office) and a 12-month fixed term contract from Tiddington Head Office. You will support training, onboarding and early careers, with broad interaction across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a change, project, programme or continuous improvement environment.
• Understanding of change, project, programme, Agile and product based delivery approaches.
• Experience supporting capability development, learning, training or onboarding activities.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience producing reports, management information, metrics or dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop the Change Framework, including communications, adoption and benefits tracking.
• Maintain the Continuous Improvement Plan and report progress against maturity targets.
• Support training, learning needs analysis, development planning, training budget reporting, onboarding and early careers activity.

Working within Group Change, you will support the standards, learning and people activity that help change professionals deliver consistently and effectively. Working closely with the Change Framework & Capability Lead, you will coordinate and develop the Change Framework, including communications, adoption and benefits tracking. You will also maintain the Continuous Improvement Plan and report progress against maturity targets. Alongside this, you will support training, learning needs analysis, development planning, training budget reporting, onboarding and early careers activity. The role offers broad interaction and visibility across the business. You will turn change methods and standards into practical guidance, support capability development and contribute to an effective experience for colleagues joining and developing within the department. Based at Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford Upon Avon, you will work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
