As a Business Change Consultant, you will work with our clients, our own applications, and technology consultants to manage and deliver people change, providing advice and support to ensure full engagement, project success, and benefits realization. Your focus will be on building the client’s capability using our CE&A 4 Step Organisational Change Model.

Hybrid working

The work location varies based on role, needs, and business requirements, combining Company offices, client sites, and home working. Note that 100% remote work is not possible.

Your role

You will join the Change Enablement & Adoption team at Capgemini, a group of over 70 professionals creating people-centric solutions for technology change projects. Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with clients on people aspects of technology implementations.
2. Building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams, influencing at senior levels.
3. Having at least 5 years of experience in a Business Change role on technology projects.
4. Participating in sales and pre-sales activities, including presentations and bids.
5. Coaching and developing team members, especially within our graduate community.

Your skills and experience

• Strong consulting skills: facilitation, problem-solving, communication, trust-building, adaptability, and quick thinking.
• Experience with organisational change in technology-enabled programs, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, impact mitigation, readiness assessments, and culture change.
• Involvement in sales activities, proposal development, and presentations.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.
• Experience with IT tools like ServiceNow or Microsoft products.

Security clearance

Security Check (SC) clearance is required. Applicants must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and meet other criteria. Questions about eligibility will be asked during recruitment; some roles may be restricted to UK nationals.
