Were looking for two Business Analysts to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract basis to provide analysis support for the implementation of various change initiatives, working within our fast-paced Change department.
A Business Analyst is a fundamental part of our Business Change team at Nucleus. The role is responsible for supporting the delivery of change to processes, people and systems, across regulatory, mandatory and growth portfolios. This role helps bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Working alongside colleagues in Change, Technology and the wider Business teams, this role helps realise our strategic objectives by investigating business situations and evaluating options for improvement, ensuring they meet the needs of the business.
Youll work to ensure that we deliver to quality, cost and delivery targets through bringing together cross-functional teams, working effectively to ensure success.
